Alternatively\, you can pre-order your picnic from West Park Community Cafe\, either in-person or via the Facebook page. \nOn the day\, there will be a variety of stalls where you can buy drinks and refreshments\, as well as live musical entertainment\, as follows: \n\n12 noon: Surplus 2 Requirements\n1pm: Mack Marwood\n2pm: Soul Revolver\n\n3pm: The Numbers\n\n\n4pm: Outcoves.

SUMMARY:The Beatles Pop-Up Exhibition 
DESCRIPTION:To celebrate Global Beatles Day on June 25\, this pop-up exhibition explains how the Fab Four made an impact in Goole on a cold February night in 1963.  \nThe display tells the story of their journey back to Liverpool from a show in Hull\, which could have had disastrous consequences\, both for the band and the history of popular music.  \nPart of the display features a number of Beatles artefacts from the personal collection of Goole Museum Custodian and lifelong Beatles fan Richard Young.

DESCRIPTION:Sync or Swim by Tamara & Jo is a vibrant\, intergenerational dance theatre piece co-created with professional and community dancers\, choreographed by Jo Ashbridge. \nInspired by the unlikely combination of synchronised swimming and 90s party\, the piece uses simple yet impressively crafted dance\, comedy\, colourful costume and a brilliant soundtrack of 90s bangers to create a fun and accessible experience for participants and audiences alike. \nIt explores themes of community\, togetherness and belonging through the sportsmanship and uniformity of synchronised swimming\, juxtaposed yet elevated through moments of joy\, individuality and partying. \nTamar & Jo have developed their highly successful engagement practice through their down-to-earth\, playful approach to community dance. \nFurther details about the timings\, venue and participants will follow nearer the time. This event forms part of a busy programme of celebratory events and activities planned at venues throughout the town to mark the main 200th anniversary weekend.
