Yorkshire Day Celebrations

As part of our town’s bicentenary celebrations, this year’s Yorkshire Day Civic Celebration will be held in Goole, hosted by Goole Town Council and The Yorkshire Society.
This annual event brings together Mayors from across Yorkshire for the biggest gathering of its kind in the world.
The programme for the day is expected to follow the traditional format, with a breakfast gathering, a parade through the streets of Goole, a Service of Thanksgiving and a formal civic lunch.
