Around The Sun: Allies Of The Sun film-making workshops

Entitled ‘Allies Of The Sun’, this two-day, punk film-making workshop, hosted by Riot Girl Collective, is part of the free programme of events planned to mark the visit to Goole of Helios.
Young women aged 16-25 years and LGBTQ+ participants are invited to explore stories of the sun and community, from ancient folklore to modern day, popular culture. They will be given the tools and support to create their own film, shaped by lived experiences, on the themes of community and the importance of diversity and inclusion.
