Goole Cycling Club Pop-up Exhibition

From 18 to 20 July, there will be a Pop-up Exhibition at Spicers Auctioneers about Goole’s Cycling Clubs.
It will feature a display of silver and silver-plated trophies dating back to the period between 1930 and 1990 from the now defunct Goole Wheelers and Goole Vermuyden Cycling Clubs. These trophies will be auctioned off on 25 July by Spicers Auctioneers.
A Penny Farthing dating back to 1890, which has travelled some 40,000 recorded miles; a Bone Shaker bicycle dating back to 1860-70; and racing bikes from the 1950s and 1960s will also be on display.
