Heritage Canal Trips aboard Tilly

July 18 - July 20

As part of the Waterways Heritage Festival, Tilly, a 60 foot-long trip boat licensed to carry 12 passengers, will be offering short canal trips on the morning of Saturday 18 July and throughout the day on Sunday 19 July.

Each trip will be hosted by a Yorkshire Waterways Heritage Society guide, who will share the story of the Knottingley to Goole Canal and the port of Goole. Passengers will board at Spicers Auctioneers, the former site of the Yorkshire Waterways Museum, on Dutch Riverside and trips will last approximately one hour.

Tilly will also be taking passengers on her outbound trip from Thorne to Goole on 17 July and on her return journey from Goole to Thorne on 20 July.
